At COCOON, we want you to love your home sanctuary; if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original packaging and unused condition to ensure a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely repackage your items.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; for oversized furniture items, our team will contact you to schedule a white-glove pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
